Please follow the below instructions for your productivity and quality improvement, and cost reduction with an appropriate use of HIPER HEALD.
For other inquiries on the use, please inquire with the following contact number. The basic using method is equivalent with the stainless heald.

| 1. Preparation before use |
|
1) Check heald lod and lod hook. If the surface is worn out, please change with the new one. When changed once, no change is required permanently.
2) The distance "L" from the top of upper heald lod to the bottom of the bottom heald lod shall follow the following standard.
3) Do not use by mixing with the stainless heald to the same loom. This may cause the damage of the heald.
4) Please use by inserting the round tip of heald to the upper heald lod.

| 2. How to clean heald |
|
Basically, it is same as the stainless heald. But, never use the metal brush. This may cause break or damage of heald mail.
The using temperature should be the room temperature or under 60กษ.
ever clean by mixing with stainless heald. This may cause deformation.

| 3. Extra heald |
|
Cut 2~3mm from the bottom heald lod hole to use.
When the beam changing period is reaching, use by changing with the new heald.
